About this campaign

All proceeds will be donated to the Lymphoma Research Foundation, the nation's largest nonprofit dedicated exclusively to lymphoma, whose mission is to realize the promise of science to eradicate lymphoma and serve the community touched by this disease. To date, the Lymphoma Research Foundation has raised over $ 86 million for lymphoma-specific research and has served over 3 million people through various programs, support services, and resources.

Dad (aka Brian, Bri, Big Bri, Uncle Bri, Heff) has always gone out of his way to put others first. Whether it's spending 30+ years in education or volunteering his time to coach countless sports teams, Dad's focus has never been inward. Unfortunately, cancer is not as considerate. When Dad was diagnosed in the fall of 2020 with early-stage, Indolent Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma, his doctors told him that he would be monitored, but not treated. It was Dad's goal to go as long as he could without treatment.

Beginning in January 2026, the time finally came for Dad to begin his treatment, over five years after his initial diagnosis (something his Oncologists were incredibly impressed by). We were informed that Dad's lymphoma was more aggressive than originally thought, and that he had developed Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma, a fast-growing cancer that starts in white blood cells. The cancer cells are larger than healthy cells and spread out in the tissue, which healthcare professionals classify as 'diffuse'.

Although he would never ask for help, we came together to fundraise for him and all others fighting this nasty and unforgiving disease. National Cancer Survivors Month is observed every June to celebrate life after a cancer diagnosis, honor survivors' resilience, and highlight the challenges they face beyond active treatment. Dad still has fights ahead of him, but his team of doctors, supporters, and loved ones will help him fully celebrate this milestone next June.

Please consider purchasing a t-shirt to support Dad's fight. The front features a "Super B", inspired by Dad's words before his first ever treatment: "All set. Ready to go. Nothing can stop me. I'm Superman." The back features lime green Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma ribbon, along with our slogan reminding everyone, no matter their battle, to "Fight like Heff".

Thank you for your support,

P.S.
Mom & Dad don't know about this yet. It would be great if everyone could flood their inboxes with photos of themselves in their shirts once they arrive!
