The over all experience was good. I website was easy to navigate. Only thing I wasn't 100% happy was not having enough time to edit my design. It felt like as soon as I submitted it , it was already already to print. It submitted the order late in the evening, and thought I had enough time to call or email the changes I needed. I sent an email regarding my changes and got a response the next day saying it was too late to edit the design. I thought I would atleast have 24 hours. I spend more than $ 80 on 2 shirts and really wanted to be $ 100 happy with my purchase but I can't really say that. So I don't know if I will order again so I will say No in the survey. Thank you.

I have used Custom Ink a few times and each time the process online is seamless, and their turn around is quick. The quality of the embroidery has always been very good. One recommendation would be to remove more of the white backing from the embroidery, so it does not show up as a stiff shape under the shirt when worn.
