This was my first order with custom ink and unfortunately will probably be the last. I was hopeful with such a highly advertised company that the product would have come out better then what we actually received. While I did not contact the company after receiving the order and am not able to comment on customer service if I had done so, it will be highly unlikely that I will order from this company again. $50 for one shirt of this quality was unacceptable.

This whole order ended up being a nightmare. I ordered over $4,300 worth of shirts on May 18, so that they would arrive on June 1. Due to issues with Custom Ink not responding to emails, one of our shirts was delated until June 8 and our final shirt was delayed until June 12. Our event was the 13th. So stressful. Extremely disappointed with how this order was handled.

CustomInk has the best customer service I’ve had in a very long time. You get connected in a reasonable amount of time with a knowledgable person who helps solve problems with clear explanations, including laying out the steps needed to be taken to solve the issue. They are far better than about any company out there, who invariably stick you in maddening dead-end ai loops. Thank you CustomInk for having human-centered customer service!
