Everything was very easy. Was able to chat online with customer service when I had a question re: placement of the image on adult vs. child sizes and they were very helpful and the end result looks great. Shipping was also very fast - they arrived about a week earlier than promised!

Thank you for your help on this order. I also placed an order for Water Bottles that we needed for a School Field Day Event. I was only informed a few days prior to my expected delivery date that they were on back order. I cancelled the order since it was an urgent rush delivery. I still have not received my refund. My payment was processed on 6/3/26 for $2,908.87. Please let me know when this will be refunded.

I placed 1 order with 3 items but received 3 separate orders. They were delivered on different days and I was charged separately. I had to ask for a receipt for all three items with a total charge because I didn't want my card charged 3 times. Also, when they were delivered, there was no invoice or receipt included in the boxes. I wish there had been one delivery and one invoice included with the items.
