I really enjoyed how easy it was to upload a design and I like that their software let you edit it once it was uploaded so that way I wouldn't have to edit directly from the source and re-upload every time. Customer service was great, I had to change the size once I ordered it and they were able to do that quickly and the agent also gave me some advice on the color and I agreed with her 100% and she was able to update the color even after me ordering it. The design looks so much better with her suggestion and I was really glad I had talked to her
