The entire process was very easy.

They nailed it. I’m extremely pleased with the end result!

Very hard to finalize the order and get the proper assistance. The order was delayed because I did not finalize the design after I had finished talking with an agent with whom we had both finalized it, and it was still not finalized. Not a helpful process, and at the end of the day, the names of the students did not have space between their names after online, it looked like it was just right.

This was my first time ordering from custom ink and the experience was okay. I was surprised that I didn’t get a notice to review a placement proof like I have on other sites - that was a missed opportunity to feel confident in the product I was ordering. Since I was ordering for someone else and still haven’t seen the final design, I’m not sure if the placement was ideal or not because of this missed stepped. One big disappointment was the delivery. I paid extra for a guaranteed delivery of July 1. They didn’t arrive until late in the afternoon on July 2. By that time we had left so didn’t have the product for the event I ordered it for. TBD on if I’ll order again.

I was able to try several different designs and show them to our committee before I committed to purchasing them. Once we decided, the ordering process was simple and straightforward. The shirts arrived about a week earlier than was expected and we have been very pleased with the results.
