I was happy with the shirts but not with the way that the design of the shirt on the website turned out compared to the actual product. The back came out fine after the product shrank but the front the way I lined up the words does not match what I expected based on the way that I designed it. I really expected the words to be high enough up on the shirt or feel center but it feels lower than center to the shirt it ended up showing on my belly rather than what feels like center. But it looked center on the website. If you decide to make your shirt please be careful about how you design your shirt so that it comes out the way you want it. Is it the worst thing in the world no. But if I had a chance to redo my order without paying more money I would fix that or place it where it's more noticable to the human eye.

I had issues with my order and did not receive any help after submitting a request for help online. They have a guarantee for satisfaction. My shirt was way too thin, logo did not get centered, among other things. I was sad to not get any response.

Custom Ink is quick and easy to use for small orders. Unfortunately they completely missed a color in my image. It was just a minor detail, but it was a small print run so not a big issue. If I were going to make a larger print run I personally would use one of the print shops I normally deal with, however, for a few dozen shirts Custom Ink is the way to go. Especially if you need a quick turn around time.

The person I spoke with was helpful. The text help was unhelpful. I sent an email asking to remedy my order and havent heard back from them yet. I hope once I speak with someone, they are helpful in remedying my order that is entirely not accurate. I have used CustomInk for other things and had great experience so I am hoping this is just a blip.
