Everything was amazing sans one issue. The logo we had on the front of the shirts was enlarged too much from the last time we ordered shirts. Due to this it kinda made the front of the shirt a little gawdy. I will make sure next time I ask for it to be shrunk a bit.

Family’s Reunion Tshirts I appreciated that families could place and pay for their own orders online—the process was simple. The communication between Custom Ink and the customers was outstanding. As the organizer, we had the all the tshirt orders shipped to me and arrived a week earlier than expected. Although the 48 t-shirts were neatly arranged by size in the shipping box, it would have been better if each family order was packaged separately according to their order.

Overall experience was goof.

We’ve been purchasing from Custom ink for many years. Specifically for our multigenerational annual vacation. We are always happy with the results. Our Christmas cards are always from our vacation wearing our matching family t-shirts.

Very good job on the printing and quick turnaround and delivery.

Custom ink has been disappointing all around. Purchased for my husband and his battle with tongue cancer only to pay more than expected and get less than stellar quality

Did a really excellent job! I ordered last-minute and they did everything they could to get my order to me asap! It even arrived a day early, and the embroidery was spectacular :)

I had one shirt that had ink smudges on it. I was unable to place the order online for an unknown reason for days which delayed the order. I thought it was possible system problems but finally called and it was because of the youth size and design. I had to pay rush charges to get the order in time.

I needed my item by a certain date, and they got it to me very quickly!
