I had one shirt that had ink smudges on it. I was unable to place the order online for an unknown reason for days which delayed the order. I thought it was possible system problems but finally called and it was because of the youth size and design. I had to pay rush charges to get the order in time.

I was looking for so long on other websites (including Amazon) ordered and wasn't happy. Then I gave custom ink a chance and was more than surprised with the variety of shirt's and possibilities. I found finally a shirt I was searching for weeks and gave the order for printing. It came out amazing and much over my expectations. I will definitely order again.

On my initial order, I had some issues with the color payoff on the white side of the reversible jersey and the overall complexity of printing both sides with complementary designs and colors, but the customer service team helped me make adjustments and the replacements I received (at no additional cost) are perfect.

customer service was extremely unhelpful answering questions about my concerns. i had to pay extra for something that was not explained before submitting my order. the youth size box in the design is NOT accurate to the actual youth shirts.
