On my initial order, I had some issues with the color payoff on the white side of the reversible jersey and the overall complexity of printing both sides with complementary designs and colors, but the customer service team helped me make adjustments and the replacements I received (at no additional cost) are perfect.

customer service was extremely unhelpful answering questions about my concerns. i had to pay extra for something that was not explained before submitting my order. the youth size box in the design is NOT accurate to the actual youth shirts.

I like working with Custom Ink, I wish the prices were a little less for smaller orders, especially when I purposefully only choose one color ink to reduce the price but I will continue to order due to the good customer experience I have always received.
